Its unique allure has produced a style and character quite distinct from other coastal towns. Marbella offers both the quintessentially Spanish qualities of its "old town" alongside the modern landmarks of designer labels and contemporary infrastructure.

Marbella´s old town centres around the Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Square), which features a wide variety of traditional and modern restaurants.
