DO I HAVE TO GO FOR 3 OR 4 NIGHTS?

No. The more information you give us beforehand about your property and financial requirements, the more specific your visit for buying property Costa Del Sol can be. Many of our Clients have visited for 2 nights and have found this to be sufficient time for us to find them their perfect property.

CAN I VIEW BOTH NEW AND RESALE PROPERTIES ON THE SAME VISIT?

Yes. The choice of where you go and what you want to see is determined solely by your property requirements. Your personal property consultant will show you only properties that will be right for you.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE VISIT?

It's best to make some financial arrangements before embarking on your visit. When you find your perfect property, you will need to have the facility to place a reservation deposit (usually €6,000). This can be either by credit card (you will need to advise your bank that you are travelling to Spain to purchase property) or you can arrange a bankers draft beforehand made payable to Merck Estates SL. This will secure the property for you and fix the price.
