When the building has been finalised and inspected to your satisfaction, the sale will be formally completed before a Public Notary. A Public Title Deed will then be granted by the vendor in favour of the purchaser against final payment and handing over of your keys. The Title Deed is faxed to the Registrar, who will register the purchase at the Land Registry. Your lawyer will also pay, on your behalf, taxes and all relevant fees due to the notary and will handle the formalities of registration of your Title Deed. Similarly, your Lawyer can contract relevant supplies of utility services such as water and electricity and organise their payment through your local bank by standing orders.

Financial
Whether you have purchased a new property or resale property, upon completion you will be required to transfer the balance of the funds. When your property is due for completion, we shall contact you to help you start the mortgage process.
Property Snagging
At your request, we will undertake a professional inspection of your new property. We will send a full copy of the inspection to your lawyer and to the developer. On the rare occasion that there are any minor defects, it will become the responsibility of your lawyer to liaise with the developer to ensure that any items we have noted are remedied.
Insurance
We work with reliable international insurance companies. Quotations for buildings' and contents'Spanish property insurance are available upon request.
Cleaning
We can arrange for your new property to be cleaned prior to furniture installation and quotes will be provided for your approval.
Furnishing
Whether you want to rent out your property to maximise your returns or live in it yourself, furnishing correctly to reflect the quality of your property is very important. Should you decide to undertake the arrangements for furnishing yourself, we can advise you of the best shops and centres to visit. If you do not have the time to do this, we can recommend reputable furniture companies offering furniture packs in Spain to provide you with quality and service, tailored to suit your objectives, budget and style.
Renting out your property
