Merck Estates Spain has become a MNAEA Overseas member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the professional body that works to promote high standards of professionalism in the industry.

Welcoming Mr Julian Merck to membership, Peter Bolton King, Chief Executive of the NAEA said: "Joining is a real sign of commitment to the profession and to high standards of service.

New applicants to the NAEA are accepted by qualification only. Once accepted for membership, they are bound by a strict code of conduct that protects the interests of buyers and sellers and gives them recourse in the event of any problems. This is a powerful reassurance for customers that their interests will be managed diligently."

The NAEA provides professional support for its members and represents the industry at Government level.
